“I am a registered psychotherapist supporting individuals and couples to find other ways of being that bring ease and connection, and lead to a more fulfilling life. I support a diverse base of clients in naarm/Melbourne and on dja dja wurrung country in Central Victoria, I’m also available for telehealth/online appointments.
I have a person-centred approach to therapy that acknowledges your unique lived experience and identity. I aim to co-create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore and be supported. I am informed by somatic (body-based) therapy, processwork psychotherapy, parts work (Internal Family Systems), polyvagal theory, trauma-informed embodiment practices and Eastern philosophy.
