Tony O’Loughlin (he/him)
Tony is a registered psychotherapist and counsellor who supports individuals and couples to find ease, connection, and a more fulfilling life. He supports a diverse base of clients and is available for in-person and telehealth/online appointments.
He has a person-centred approach to therapy that acknowledges your unique lived experience and identity. He aims to co-create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore and be supported. Tony is a trauma-informed therapist with training and experience in somatic (body-based) therapy, processwork psychotherapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), parts work (Internal Family Systems), polyvagal theory, embodiment practices and Eastern philosophy.
